Community and Comments under lessons (Developing Fluency Course)

As Jazz Skills has many members, it makes the most sense for us to use the community aspect so that useful answers can be shared with all of you. Therefore, unless it's particularly private, my preference is that you ask your questions in the community or below the relevant posts (if comments are open).  You will often see that I answer with video in the community and go deeper than I could in an email. To encourage sharing and the community spirit of Jazz Skills, from now on, I give these questions the highest priority.

2 Members contact form

Using this form is my next priority because I know what it's about at a glance and therefore I can automatically enter it into my productivity system and organize/prioritize replies easily. This isn't just some form that gets ignored. We watch out for these all day.

Less helpful ways to contact me

❌ I don't answer members' questions in social media comments, WhatsApp or DMs.

❌ I am not good with long, text-heavy questions.

❌ Try not to mix up several unrelated issues in the same message.

❌ I do not answer questions around webinar time (the day before - preparation, day of - delivery, day after - edit). No problem if you've sent a question in. Just be aware that it may take a little longer.

❌ I may take longer to answer questions that come in over the weekend. Depending on what it is, I may be able to answer quickly, otherwise, I'll get to it asap.

❌ I do not cancel subscriptions by email. Please see the help pages.

❌ Please do not ask for deeper explanations of level 3 concepts if you are not a level 3 player.
