If you still want to cancel your membership, you can follow the steps below.
- Log in to your account.
- Click on your Avatar from the page header.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- Click Billing Info in the top right of the page:
You can then manage your payments or cancel your subscription.

If you have cancelled your subscription through Jazz Skills or Paypal, you do not need to contact us about it.
2) Refund requests
Please do not request refunds after the 14 days since you initially joined.
The 14-day refund promise is there to give you peace of mind and see that Jazz Skills is the real deal.
You can not get refunds after this point for any reason.
You can not get a refund because you forgot to cancel before a payment was made.
There is no point emailing us to say that you requested a cancellation by email but were charged anyway as we do not cancel subscriptions by email. This is in our terms and conditions.
3) Credit Card Payment Failure
If your credit card payment fails, our system will attempt to retry the payment a few times over several days before ultimately giving up and locking you out of the service.
We would like to bring to your attention the following scenario: if your payment due date arrives, and your payment fails, and you decide to cancel your subscription, please note that the payment may go through the next time the system tries again. Therefore, to avoid being charged, it is crucial to cancel your subscription before the payment due date.
