Can't log in

The best thing you can do is to use the link underneath the login box that says "Forgot your password?"

Did you use one email to get the free lesson(s) and a different one to purchase a membership?
You MUST use the correct email address.

Often people try to log in with the wrong email or use it in the forgot password box and then email me saying "it doesn't work". 

 

Please note that 100% of login issues so far have been down to the user and not the system. 
There is no way for the system to eat your password. 

 

Here are the most common issues:

  • The wrong password is being entered.
  • Caps lock is on.
  • The wrong email is being used. 
  • The user's device or browser is causing an issue (try a different machine or use a different browser such as google chrome.
If you do not receive a password reset email

In the event that you do not receive a password reset email, it may be due to one of two reasons. Either you entered a different email address than the one associated with your membership purchase, or there may be a delay in the system sending out reset emails. Please note that I have no control over the length of this delay. If you have been waiting for over an hour, you can request that I manually change your password. However, please bear in mind that I will need to be available to do so, and your patience is appreciated.
